of the Colony that the property should be developed for building purposes. The payment to the Hildesheim Mission for "Ebenezer" can be made out of the sum realised for this property, and the balance will be held in trust for carrying on the work of the Berlin Mission. It is also probable that under clause 6 directions may be issued to the corporation with regard to the keeping and auditing of accounts and the making of annual reports.
16. Clause 7 deals with the execution of instruments on behalf of the corporation.
17. Clause 8 provides that any act done or instru- ment executed by three of the members of the corporation shall be valid for all purposes.
18. Clause 9 is intended to relieve individual members of the corporation from liability upon judg ment against the corporation.
19. Clause 9 is the usual saving clause.
